Processing Time:

• All orders are made on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt):

• Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, and 10th of Ramadan: delivery within 2–4 business days.

• Alexandria, Delta, and Upper Egypt: delivery within 4–7 business days.

• Other governorates: delivery within 4–7 business days.

International Shipping:

• Orders outside Egypt usually take 10–14 business days for delivery.

Additional Information:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

• If delivery is missed, the courier will contact you to reschedule.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
