Refunds & Exchanges ♡

We hope you love your Exbaddies pieces as much as we do ♡
If something isn’t right, please DM us on Instagram within 24 hours of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds

  • Refunds are sent through Instapay after deducting return shipping fees.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item has no issue and you simply wish to return it, return shipping fees will be covered by you.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process after the item is picked up.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

  • Original packaging and flyer must be included.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing packaging unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Please note:

  • Items marked out of stock are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Each order is limited to 2 refund requests.

  • Failed pickups due to cancellations or repeated rescheduling may void return eligibility.
